First and foremost, the warmth of the staff shone through when they promptly assisted me in locating my lost ID card, showcasing their exceptional customer care. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable queen-size mattress and excellent heating that ensured a cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. The presence of tea and coffee facilities, along with a dining table, made it very convenient to unwind after a long day of adventures exploring the area. I appreciated the flat-screen TV, which added a touch of comfort to our evenings. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail—it's truly a gem in the heart of the city.
